Hadith #39946
وَعَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللّٰهِ ﷺ: «مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَأْخُذُ مَضْجَعَه بِقِرَاءَةِ سُورَةٍ مِنْ كِتَابِ اللّٰهِ إِلَّا وَكَّلَ اللّٰهُ بِه مَلَكًا فَلَا يَقْرَبُه شَىْءٌ يُؤْذِيْهِ حَتّٰى يَهُبَّ مَتٰى هَبَّ». رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِىُّ
On the authority of Shaddad bin Aws, he said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “There is no Muslim who takes his bed by reading a surah from the Book of God without devoting God has dominion over him, so nothing can come near him to harm him until he blows when he blows.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi
