Riyad as-Salihin — Hadith #40596
Hadith #40596
On the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, he said: When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, would stand up for prayer, one of the last things he would say between the tashahhud and the salutation would be:
“O God, forgive me for what I have put forward and what I have delayed, what I have concealed and what I have declared, what I have been extravagant with, and what You know better than me. You are the one who advances, and you are the one who delays, there is no god but You.” ((Narrated by Muslim)).
