Hadith #40628
وعنه قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏ "‏من أحب أن يزحزح عن النار، ويدخل الجنة، فلتأته منيته وهو يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر، وليأتِ إلى الناس الذي يحب أن يؤتى إليه‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏ وهو بعض حديث طويل سبق في باب طاعة ولاة الأمور‏.‏
On his authority, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever loves to be saved from Hell and enter Paradise, let his death come while he believes in God and the Last Day, and let him come to the people to whom he loves to come.” ((Narrated by Muslim)). It is part of a long hadith previously mentioned in the chapter on obedience to rulers.
