Hadith #45991
وعن أبى موسى الأشعرى رضى الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏حرم لباس الحرير والذهب على ذكور أمتي ،وأحل لإناثهم‏"‏.‏((رواه الترمذي))
On the authority of Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The wearing of silk and gold is forbidden for the males of my nation, and permissible for their females.” ((Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi))
