Hadith #46428
On the authority of Ibn Masoud, may God be pleased with him, he said: When evening came, the Prophet of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, used to say: “We have entered the evening and the kingdom belongs to God, and praise be to God. There is no god but God alone, with no partner.” The narrator said: I see him saying in them: “To Him belongs the dominion and to Him is praise, and He is capable of all things. My Lord, I ask You for the good of this night and the good of what comes after it, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this night and the evil of what comes after it. I seek refuge in You from laziness and bad arrogance, Lord I seek refuge in You from the evil of this night, and the good of what comes after it, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this night and the evil of what comes after it. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from laziness and bad arrogance. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the torment of the Fire and the torment in the grave. And when he woke up, he also said that: “We woke up and the dominion belonged to God” ((Narrated by Muslim)).
