Hadith #46536
وعنه قال‏:‏ رأى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم صبيًا قد حلق بعض شعر رأسه وترك بعضه فنهاهم عن ذلك وقال‏:‏ ‏ "‏احلقوه كله، أو اتركوه كله‏"‏‏.‏ رواه أبو داود بإسناد صحيح على شرط البخاري ومسلم‏.‏
On his authority, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saw a boy who had shaved some of the hair on his head and left some of it, so he forbade them from doing so and said: “Shave it all, or leave it all.” Narrated by Abu Dawud with an authentic chain of transmission according to the conditions of Al-Bukhari and Muslim.
