Hadith #46619
And on the authority of Ward, the writer of Al-Mughirah Shu’bah, he said: He dictated to Al-Mughirah bin Shu’bah in a letter to Muawiyah, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, should say at the end of every obligatory prayer: “There is no god but God alone, with no partner. To Him belongs dominion and to Him is praise, and He is capable of all things. Oh God, there is no deterrent to what you have given, nor a giver of what you have withheld, and no one who is more serious than you will benefit from being more serious.” He wrote to him that “he forbade saying He said, wasting money, He asked a lot of questions, and he forbade disobedience to mothers, infanticide, and forbade women from giving birth.” (Agreed upon and previously explained)).
