Hadith #46624
وعن أبي موسى الأشعري رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ سمع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم رجلا يُثني على رجل ويُطريه في المدحة، فقال‏:‏ ‏"‏أهلكتم، أو قطعتم ظهر الرجل‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏ (23).‏
On the authority of Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, heard a man praising a man and praising him, so he said: “You destroyed, or cut off the man’s back” ((Agreed upon)). (23).
