Hadith #46887
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَجُلٌ وَمَعَهُ صَبِيٌّ، فَجَعَلَ يَضُمُّهُ إِلَيْهِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم: أَتَرْحَمُهُ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: فَاللَّهُ أَرْحَمُ بِكَ مِنْكَ بِهِ، وَهُوَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ.
Abdullah bin Muhammad told us, he said: Marwan told us, he said: Yazid bin Kaysan told us, on the authority of Abu Hazim, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: He came The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was a man with a boy, so he began to hug him to him. The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Will you have mercy on him? He said: Yes. He said: God is more merciful to you than you are to him, and He is the Most Merciful of those who show mercy.
