حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: كَانَ مِنْ دُعَاءِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم: اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ، وَمَا أَسْرَرْتُ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُ، وَمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي، إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْمُقَدَّمُ وَالْمُؤَخِّرُ، لا إِلَهَ إِلا أَنْتَ.
Abdullah bin Abdul Wahhab narrated to us, saying: Khalid bin Al-Harith narrated to us, saying: Abdul Rahman Al-Masoudi narrated to us, on the authority of Alqamah bin Marthad, on the authority of Abu al-Rabi’, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, who said: It was part of the supplication of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace: O God, forgive me for what I have done and what I have done. I delayed, and I did not conceal and I did not announce, and you do not know it better than me. Indeed, you are the one who brings forward and the one who delays, there is no god but You.
