حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ‏:‏ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ، أَلاَ تُكَنِّينِي‏؟‏ فَقَالَ‏:‏ اكْتَنِي بِابْنِكِ، يَعْنِي‏:‏ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ، فَكَانَتْ تُكَنَّى‏:‏ أُمَّ عَبْدِ اللهِ‏.‏
Musa told us, he said: Wahib told us, he said: Hisham told us, on the authority of Abbad bin Hamza bin Abdullah bin Al-Zubayr, that Aisha was satisfied On her authority, she said: O Prophet of God, won’t you give me a nickname? So he said: Give me a nickname by your son, meaning: Abdullah bin Al-Zubayr, so she was given a nickname: Umm Abdullah...
