Hadith #50165
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: إِنَّمَا الْعُمْرَى الَّتِي أَجَازَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِن يَقُول: هِيَ لعقبك فَأَمَّا إِذَا قَالَ: هِيَ لَكَ مَا عِشْتَ فَإِنَّهَا ترجع إِلَى صَاحبهَا
