وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ [وَأَنْذِرْ عشيرتك الْأَقْرَبين] خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى صَعِدَ الصَّفَا فَجَعَلَ يُنَادِي: «يَا بَنِي فِهْرٍ يَا بني عدي» لبطون قُرَيْش حَتَّى اجْتَمعُوا فَجَعَلَ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ أَرْسَلَ رَسُولًا لِيَنْظُرَ مَا هُوَ فَجَاءَ أَبُو لَهَبٍ وَقُرَيْشٌ فَقَالَ: " أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَخْبَرْتُكُمْ أَنَّ خيَلاً تخرجُ منْ سَفْحِ هَذَا الْجَبَلِ - وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: أَنَّ خَيْلًا تَخْرُجُ بِالْوَادِي تُرِيدُ أَنْ تُغِيرَ عَلَيْكُمْ - أَكُنْتُمْ مُصَدِّقِيَّ؟ " قَالُوا: نَعَمْ مَا جَرَّبْنَا عَلَيْكَ إِلَّا صِدْقًا. قَالَ: «فَإِنِّي نَذِيرٌ لَكُمْ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ عَذَابٌ شديدٍ» . قَالَ أَبُو لهبٍ: تبّاً لكَ أَلِهَذَا جَمَعْتَنَا؟ فَنَزَلَتْ: [تَبَّتْ يَدَا أَبِي لَهَبٍ وَتَبَّ] مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: When “And Warn Your Closest Clan” descended, the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, went out until he ascended the line and began to call out: “O Banu Fihr.” O Banu Adi!” to the stomachs of the Quraysh until they gathered together, so the man said, “If he was unable to get out, he sent a messenger to see what was going on.” Then he came. Abu Lahab and Quraysh, and he said: “You see, if I tell you that horses are emerging from the foot of this mountain - and in a narration: that horses are emerging from the valley You want to attack you - do you believe me? They said: Yes, we have not tried anything against you except the truth. He said: “For I am a warner to you before me of a torment. “Severe.” Abu Lahab said: May God curse you. Is this what you brought us together with? Then it was revealed: [Abu Lahab’s hands repented and he repented] Agreed upon.
