Hadith #52217
وَعَن أنسٍ أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ فَزِعُوا مَرَّةً فَرَكِبَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَسًا لِأَبِي طَلْحَةَ بَطِيئًا وَكَانَ يَقْطِفُ فَلَمَّا رَجَعَ قَالَ: «وَجَدْنَا فَرَسَكُمْ هَذَا بَحْرًا» . فَكَانَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ لَا يُجَارَى
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: فَمَا سُبِقَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْم. رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
On the authority of Anas, the people of Medina were frightened once, so the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, rode a slow horse belonging to Abu Talha, who was plucking, and when he returned, he said: “We found this horse of yours by the sea.” After that, he was incompatible
