حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ الْجُهَنِيُّ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" عَلِّمُوا الصَّبِيَّ الصَّلاَةَ ابْنَ سَبْعِ سِنِينَ وَاضْرِبُوهُ عَلَيْهَا ابْنَ عَشْرٍ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ سَبْرَةَ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَعَلَيْهِ الْعَمَلُ عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ وَبِهِ يَقُولُ أَحْمَدُ وَإِسْحَاقُ . وَقَالاَ مَا تَرَكَ الْغُلاَمُ بَعْدَ الْعَشْرِ مِنَ الصَّلاَةِ فَإِنَّهُ يُعِيدُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَسَبْرَةُ هُوَ ابْنُ مَعْبَدٍ الْجُهَنِيُّ وَيُقَالَ هُوَ ابْنُ عَوْسَجَةَ .
Ali bin Hajar told us, Harmala bin Abdul Aziz bin Al-Rabi’ bin Sabrah Al-Juhani told us, on the authority of his uncle Abdul-Malik bin Al-Rabi’ Ibn Sabra, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Teach a seven-year-old boy to pray and beat him.” She owed it to Ibn Ushar. He said, and on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr. Abu Issa said: The hadith of Sabra bin Ma’abad Al-Juhani is a hadith. Hassan Sahih. And it is based on some people of knowledge, and this is what Ahmad and Ishaq say. And they said, “The boy did not leave after ten days.” Prayer So he repeats. Abu Issa and Sabra said that he is Ibn Ma’abad al-Juhani, and it is said that he is Ibn Awsaja.
