Hanad bin Al-Sari narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman bin Abi al-Zinad narrated to us, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin al-Harith bin Ayyash bin Abi Rabi’ah, on the authority of Hakim bin Hakim, who is Ibn Abbad bin Hunaif. Nafi’ bin Jubayr bin Mut’im told me, he said: Ibn Abbas told me that the Prophet prayed God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Gabriel, peace be upon him, made me stand at the House twice, and he prayed the noon prayer on the first of them, when the fa’i was like a trap, then he prayed the afternoon prayer.” When everything was like his shadow, then he prayed the Maghrib prayer, when the sun had set and the fasting person broke his fast, then he prayed the evening prayer. When the twilight had disappeared, then he prayed the dawn prayer when the light of dawn broke and food was forbidden to the fasting person. He prayed the second time at noon when everything remained as it was for a while. He prayed the afternoon prayer yesterday, then he prayed the afternoon prayer when everything was dark, then he prayed the sunset prayer at its earlier time. Then he prayed the afterlife of Isha’ when a third of the night had passed, then he prayed the Fajr prayer when the earth had cleared, then he turned to Gabriel and said, O Muhammad, this is the time The prophets before you, and the time between these two times.” Abu Issa said, and on the authority of Abu Hurairah. And Buraydah, Abu Musa, Abu Masoud Al-Ansari, Abu Saeed, Jabir, Amr bin Hazm, Al-Baraa, and Anas.
