حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَفْصٍ، عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْفَلاَّسُ الصَّيْرَفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ كَثِيرٍ أَبُو غَسَّانَ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَخْطُبُ إِلَى جِذْعٍ فَلَمَّا اتَّخَذَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْمِنْبَرَ حَنَّ الْجِذْعُ حَتَّى أَتَاهُ فَالْتَزَمَهُ فَسَكَنَ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ وَجَابِرٍ وَسَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ وَأُبَىِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَمُعَاذُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ هُوَ بَصْرِيٌّ وَهُوَ أَخُو أَبِي عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَلاَءِ .
Abu Hafs, Amr bin Ali, Al-Fallas Al-Sayrifi told us, Othman bin Omar, and Yahya bin Kathir, Abu Ghassan Al-Anbari, told us, they said Muadh bin Al-Ala’ told us, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was giving a sermon to Jad’ah, so when the Prophet took his seat, he prayed May God bless him and grant him peace. The pulpit bent down until it came to it, then it stuck to it and remained still. Ka'b, Ibn Abbas, and Umm Salamah. Abu Issa said: The hadith of Ibn Umar is a good, strange, and authentic hadith. And Muadh bin Al-Ala is Basri. And he is Brother of Abi Amr bin Al-Ala.
