حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ نَزَلَ الْحَجَرُ الأَسْوَدُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ وَهُوَ أَشَدُّ بَيَاضًا مِنَ اللَّبَنِ فَسَوَّدَتْهُ خَطَايَا بَنِي آدَمَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏
Qutaibah narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us, on the authority of Ata’ ibn al-Sa’ib, on the authority of Sa’id ibn Jubayr, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: The Black Stone came down from Paradise and is whiter than milk, so the sins of the children of Adam blackened it. He said, and in the chapter on the authority of Abd Allah bin Amr and Abu Hurairah. Abu Issa said: The hadith of Ibn Abbas is a good and authentic hadith.
