Hadith #27053
Qutaibah narrated to us, Abu Khaled Al-Ahmar narrated to us, on the authority of Al-A’mash, on the authority of Al-Hakam, on the authority of Miqsam, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, elaborated before The rising of the sun. He said, and in the chapter on the authority of Omar. Abu Issa said: The hadith of Ibn Abbas is a good and authentic hadith. The pre-Islamic people would wait until the sun rose and then they would flood.
