Hadith #26395
Qutaibah narrated to us, Abu Awanah narrated to us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Anas bin Malik, he said, “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was one of the people who prayed the least.” Perfect. Abu Issa said, and this is a good and authentic hadith. Abu Awanah’s name is Waddah. Abu Issa said, “I asked Qutaibah. I said, Abu Awanah, what is his name? Waddah said. I said, “The son of the one who said, ‘I don’t know.’ He was a slave to a woman in Basra.”
