حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، أَخْبَرَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ مُضَرَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ تَبِيعُوا الْقَيْنَاتِ وَلاَ تَشْتَرُوهُنَّ وَلاَ تُعَلِّمُوهُنَّ وَلاَ خَيْرَ فِي تِجَارَةٍ فِيهِنَّ وَثَمَنُهُنَّ حَرَامٌ فِي مِثْلِ هَذَا أُنْزِلَتْ هَذِهِ الآيَةُ : ( وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَشْتَرِي لَهْوَ الْحَدِيثِ لِيُضِلَّ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ) إِلَى آخِرِ الآيَةِ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ إِنَّمَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِثْلَ هَذَا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ . وَقَدْ تَكَلَّمَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ فِي عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ وَضَعَّفَهُ وَهُوَ شَامِيٌّ .
Qutaibah told us, Bakr bin Mudar told us, on the authority of Ubayd Allah bin Zuhar, on the authority of Ali bin Yazid, on the authority of Al-Qasim, on the authority of Abu Umamah, on the authority of The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Do not sell qānat, nor buy them, nor teach them, and there is no good in trading in them, and their price is forbidden.” In such a situation, this verse was revealed: (And among the people is he who buys idle talk in order to stray from the path of God) until the end of the verse. He said, and on the authority of Omar ibn al-Khattab. Abu Issa said: The hadith of Abu Umamah: We only know it like this from this source. And he spoke Some of the people of knowledge regarding Ali bin Yazid and considered him weak, and he is a Levantine.
