Hadith #27443
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، وَأَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ خُفَافٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مِنْ غَيْرِ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ . وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ .
Muhammad bin Al-Muthanna narrated to us, Othman bin Omar, and Abu Amir Al-Aqdi narrated to us, on the authority of Ibn Abi Dhib, on the authority of Mukhlid bin Khafaf, on the authority of Urwa, on the authority of Aisha, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, ruled that the tax should be guaranteed. Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith that was narrated. This Hadith other than this, and this is acted upon according to the people of knowledge.
