Hadith #27461
Al-Hasan bin Ali Al-Halwani Al-Khalal told us, Abu Usama told us, on the authority of Al-Walid bin Kathir, Bashir bin Yasar, a servant of Banu Haritha reported that Rafi’ ibn Khadij and Sahl ibn Abi Hathamah told him that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade the sale of fruit to the muzabanah. With dates, except for the unmarried people, for he has given them permission, and to sell grapes for raisins, and to sell all fruit for its harvest. Abu Issa said this. It is a good, authentic, and strange hadith from this perspective.
