حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ الْوَاحِدِ . قَالَ رَبِيعَةُ وَأَخْبَرَنِي ابْنٌ لِسَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ قَالَ وَجَدْنَا فِي كِتَابِ سَعْدٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَجَابِرٍ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَسُرَّقَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ الْوَاحِدِ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ .
We talked to Ya 'qub ibn Ibrāhīm al-Durayqī. We talked to 'Abd al-ʻAzīz ibn Muḥammad.' Rabīʻah ibn Abī ʻAbd al-Raḥmān told us about Suhayl ibn Abī Ṣāliḥ, about his father, about my father Hurayrah. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, said: Rabia and Ibn Saad bin Ubadah told me, he said: We found in Saad’s book that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, made a ruling by oath with the witness. He said: And in The chapter on the authority of Ali, Jabir, Ibn Abbas, and theft. Abu Issa said the hadith of Abu Hurairah that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, took an oath. With one witness there is a good and strange hadith.
