حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى الثَّعْلَبِيِّ، عَنْ بِلاَلِ بْنِ مِرْدَاسٍ الْفَزَارِيِّ، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ، وَهُوَ الْبَصْرِيُّ عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" مَنِ ابْتَغَى الْقَضَاءَ وَسَأَلَ فِيهِ شُفَعَاءَ وُكِلَ إِلَى نَفْسِهِ وَمَنْ أُكْرِهَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ مَلَكًا يُسَدِّدُهُ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ وَهُوَ أَصَحُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى .
Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman told us, Yahya bin Hammad told us, on the authority of Abu Awanah, on the authority of Abd al-A’la al-Thaalabi, on the authority of Bilal bin Mirdas Al-Fazari, on the authority of Khaythamah, and he is Al-Basri, on the authority of Anas, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who said: “Whoever seeks to make up for justice and asks intercessors for it And it is entrusted to himself, and whoever is forced to do so, God has sent down to him a kingdom to restore it.” Abu Issa said, “This is a good and strange hadith, and it is more authentic than The hadith of Israel on the authority of Abd al-Ala.
