Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #27542

Hanad narrated to us, Abu Bakr bin Ayyash narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Husayn, on the authority of Mujahid, on the authority of Rafi’ bin Khadij, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade us. He mentioned something that was beneficial to us if one of us had land, to give it to it with some of its tax or in dirhams, and he said, “If one of you has Land Let him give it to his brother or let him cultivate it.”
