حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ نَحَرْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالْحُدَيْبِيَةِ الْبَدَنَةَ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ وَالْبَقَرَةَ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَغَيْرِهِمْ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَاقَ . وَقَالَ إِسْحَاقُ يُجْزِئُ أَيْضًا الْبَعِيرُ عَنْ عَشَرَةٍ . وَاحْتَجَّ بِحَدِيثِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ .
Qutaibah narrated to us, Malik bin Anas narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Al-Zubayr, on the authority of Jabir, he said: We sacrificed with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in Al-Hudaybiyyah Al-Badanah, on the authority of Seven, and Al-Baqarah for seven. Abu Issa said: This is a hasan and authentic hadith. This is acted upon according to the scholars among the people of knowledge. The companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and others. This is the view of Sufyan al-Thawri, Ibn al-Mubarak, al-Shafi’i, Ahmad, and Ishaq. Ishaq said: He also divided the camel into ten. He used the hadith of Ibn Abbas as evidence.
