Yusuf bin Issa told us, Waki` told us, Uthman bin Waqid told us, on the authority of Kadam bin Abdul Rahman, on the authority of Abu Kabash, he said: I brought sheep We headed to Medina, and it was crowded on me, and I met Abu Hurairah and asked him, and he said, I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying, “Yes - or “You were blessed - the sacrifice is a trunk of sheep.” He said, “Then the people plundered it.” He said, “And on the authority of Ibn Abbas and Umm Bilal, the daughter of Hilal.” On the authority of her father, Jabir, Uqba bin Amir, and a man from the companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Abu Issa said the hadith of Abu Hurairah is a good and strange hadith. This was narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah, with a chain of narrators. Othman bin Waqid is the son of Muhammad bin Ziyad bin Abdullah bin Omar bin Al-Khattab. And the practice of this according to the people of knowledge among the Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and others, is that the leg of the lamb is sufficient for the sacrifice. .
