حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ جَبَلَةَ بْنِ سُحَيْمٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، سَأَلَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَنِ الأُضْحِيَةِ، أَوَاجِبَةٌ هِيَ فَقَالَ ضَحَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَالْمُسْلِمُونَ ‏.‏ فَأَعَادَهَا عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ أَتَعْقِلُ ضَحَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَالْمُسْلِمُونَ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنَّ الأُضْحِيَةَ لَيْسَتْ بِوَاجِبَةٍ وَلَكِنَّهَا سُنَّةٌ مِنْ سُنَنِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُسْتَحَبُّ أَنْ يُعْمَلَ بِهَا وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ‏.‏
Ahmad bin Mani’ told us, Hushaym told us, Hajjaj bin Artat told us, on the authority of Jablah bin Suhaim, that a man asked Ibn Umar about The sacrifice is obligatory. He said, “The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and the Muslims, sacrificed.” So he repeated it to him and said, “Do you think that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, sacrificed?” May God bless him and grant him peace and the Muslims. Abu Issa said: This is a hasan and authentic hadith. The work on this according to the people of knowledge is that the sacrifice is not It is obligatory, but it is a Sunnah of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and it is recommended to be followed. This is the saying of Sufyan Al-Thawri and Ibn Al-Mubarak. .
