Hadith #27868
Ahmad bin Mani` told us, Ruh bin Ubadah told us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Abu al-Zubayr, on the authority of Jabir, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade Marking in the face and hitting. Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
