حَدَّثَنَا وَاصِلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَيَّانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِلَحْمٍ فَرُفِعَ إِلَيْهِ الذِّرَاعُ وَكَانَتْ تُعْجِبُهُ فَنَهَسَ مِنْهَا . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَعَائِشَةَ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ وَأَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَأَبُو حَيَّانَ اسْمُهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ وَأَبُو زُرْعَةَ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَرِيرٍ اسْمُهُ هَرِمٌ .
Wasil bin Abdul-Ala told us, Muhammad bin Fudayl told us, on the authority of Abu Hayyan Al-Taymi, on the authority of Abu Zur’ah bin Amr bin Jarir, on the authority of Abu Kitten, he said, meat was brought to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the arm was raised to him and he liked it, so he ate some of it. He said, and in the chapter about Ibn Masoud, Aisha, Abdullah bin Jaafar, and Abu Ubaidah. Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith. And his name is Abu Hayyan. Yahya bin Saeed bin Hayyan and Abu Zur'ah bin Amr bin Jarir, whose name is Haram.
