حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي سُوَيْدٍ، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، يَقُولُ زَعَمَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ الصَّالِحَةُ خَوْلَةُ بِنْتُ حَكِيمٍ قَالَتْ خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ وَهُوَ مُحْتَضِنٌ أَحَدَ ابْنَىِ ابْنَتِهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ
" إِنَّكُمْ لَتُبَخِّلُونَ وَتُجَبِّنُونَ وَتُجَهِّلُونَ وَإِنَّكُمْ لَمِنْ رَيْحَانِ اللَّهِ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَالأَشْعَثِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِهِ . وَلاَ نَعْرِفُ لِعُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ سَمَاعًا مِنْ خَوْلَةَ .
Ibn Abi Omar told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Ibrahim bin Maysarah, he said, I heard Ibn Abi Suwayd, saying, I heard Omar bin Abdul Aziz, He says: The righteous woman Khawla bint Hakim claimed that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, went out one day while he was embracing one of his sons. His daughter while he was saying, “Indeed, you are miserly, cowardly, and ignorant, and indeed you are of the fragrance of God.” He said, and in the chapter on the authority of Ibn Umar And Al-Ash’ath bin Qais. Abu Issa said: The hadith of Ibn Uyaynah on the authority of Ibrahim bin Maysarah. We do not know him except from his hadith. We do not know Omar bin Abdul Aziz heard from Khawla.
