حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ غَزْوَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نُعْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَبِيُّ التَّوْبَةِ
" مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بَرِيئًا مِمَّا قَالَ لَهُ أَقَامَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَابْنُ أَبِي نُعْمٍ هُوَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي نُعْمٍ الْبَجَلِيُّ يُكْنَى أَبَا الْحَكَمِ . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ مُقَرِّنٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ .
Ahmad bin Muhammad told us, Abdullah bin Al-Mubarak told us, on the authority of Fudayl bin Ghazwan, on the authority of Ibn Abi Na’am, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said Abu Al-Qasim, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, the Prophet of Repentance, said: “Whoever slanders his innocent slave for what he said to him, the punishment will be meted out against him on the Day of Resurrection, except... To be as he said. Abu Issa said: This is a hasan and authentic hadith. The son of Abi Naam is Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Naam al-Bajli. His nickname is Abu Al-Hakam. On the authority of Suwayd bin Muqrin and Abdullah bin Omar.
