حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ يُونُسَ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" لاَ تُكْرِهُوا مَرْضَاكُمْ عَلَى الطَّعَامِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ تبارك و تعالى يُطْعِمُهُمْ وَيَسْقِيهِمْ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ .
Abu Kurayb told us, he said, Bakr ibn Yunus ibn Bukair told us, on the authority of Musa ibn Ali, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Uqba ibn Amir al-Juhani, he said The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Do not force your sick to eat, for God, Blessed and Most High, feeds them and gives them drink.” Abu said. Jesus, this is a good and strange hadith. We do not know it except from this perspective.
