حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَبِيبَةَ الطَّائِيِّ، قَالَ أَوْصَى إِلَىَّ أَخِي بِطَائِفَةٍ مِنْ مَالِهِ فَلَقِيتُ أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ أَخِي أَوْصَى إِلَىَّ بِطَائِفَةٍ مِنْ مَالِهِ فَأَيْنَ تَرَى لِي وَضْعَهُ فِي الْفُقَرَاءِ أَوِ الْمَسَاكِينِ أَوِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ أَمَّا أَنَا فَلَوْ كُنْتُ لَمْ أَعْدِلْ بِالْمُجَاهِدِينَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ
" مَثَلُ الَّذِي يُعْتِقُ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِي يُهْدِي إِذَا شَبِعَ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
Bundar narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman bin Mahdi narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Abu Habiba al-Tai, he said he recommended to me My brother with a portion of his money. I met Abu Darda’ and said, “My brother bequeathed to me a portion of his money. Where do you think I should put it?” The poor, the needy, or the Mujahideen in the cause of God. He said: As for me, if I had not done justice to the Mujahideen, I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say: “The example of one who is freed at death is the example of one who is guided when he is full.” Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
