Hadith #28837
حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" اتْرُكُونِي مَا تَرَكْتُكُمْ فَإِذَا حَدَّثْتُكُمْ فَخُذُوا عَنِّي فَإِنَّمَا هَلَكَ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ بِكَثْرَةِ سُؤَالِهِمْ وَاخْتِلاَفِهِمْ عَلَى أَنْبِيَائِهِمْ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
Hanad narrated to us, Abu Muawiyah narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Abu Salih, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Leave me alone.” I left you, so if I narrate to you, then take it from me, for those who were before you perished because of their many questions and their differences over their prophets. “Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
