Hadith #28803
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عُمَرَ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَمُعَاوِيَةَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏
Ali bin Hajar narrated to us, Ismail bin Jafar narrated to us, Abdullah bin Saeed bin Abi Hind narrated to me, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Whoever God desires good for, He will make him understand the religion.” And on the authority of Omar and Abu Hurairah. And Muawiyah, this is a good and authentic hadith.
