Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #28962

Salama bin Shabib, Al-Hasan bin Ali Al-Khallal, Abd bin Humaid, and more than one person narrated to us, and the wording is by Al-Hasan bin Ali. They said, “He narrated to us.” Abdul Razzaq, Muammar told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Ubayd Allah bin Abdullah bin Utba, that he heard Ibn Abbas, saying I heard Abu Talha say, “I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say, “Angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or any image of statues.” He said. Abu Issa, this is a good and authentic hadith.
