حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ الْبَزَّارُ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُهَيْلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْقُطَعِيُّ، وَهُوَ أَخُو حَزْمِ بْنِ أَبِي حَزْمٍ الْقُطَعِيِّ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ ( هُوَ أَهْلُ التَّقْوَى وَأَهْلُ الْمَغْفِرَةِ ) قَالَ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَنَا أَهْلٌ أَنْ أُتَّقَى فَمَنْ اتَّقَانِي فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ مَعِي إِلَهًا فَأَنَا أَهْلٌ أَنْ أَغْفِرَ لَهُ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ وَسُهَيْلٌ لَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ فِي الْحَدِيثِ وَقَدْ تَفَرَّدَ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ
Al-Hasan bin Al-Sabbah Al-Bazzar told us, Zaid bin Hubab told us, Suhail bin Abdullah Al-Quti’, who is the brother of Hazm bin Abi, told us Hazm Al-Quti’i on the authority of Thabit, on the authority of Anas bin Malik, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he said in this verse (He is the people of piety and the people of Forgiveness) He said, God Almighty said, “I am worthy to fear Me, and whoever fears Me and does not appoint a god with Me, I am worthy to forgive him.” Abu Jesus, this is a good and strange hadith, and it is easy and not strong in hadith, and he was alone in this hadith on the authority of Thabit.
