حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عَرَبِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ الأَنْصَارِيُّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ طَلْحَةَ بْنَ خِرَاشٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، رضى الله عنهما يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ
" أَفْضَلُ الذِّكْرِ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَفْضَلُ الدُّعَاءِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ مُوسَى بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ . وَقَدْ رَوَى عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ .
Yahya bin Habib bin Arabi told us, Musa bin Ibrahim bin Kathir Al-Ansari told us, he said, I heard Talha bin Kharash, he said, I heard Jabir bin Abdullah, may God be pleased with them, saying: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying, “The best remembrance is: There is no god but God, and the best “Praise be to God.” Abu Issa said, “This is a good, strange hadith. We do not know it except from the hadith of Musa bin Ibrahim. Ali narrated it.” Ibn Al-Madini and more than one person, on the authority of Musa Ibn Ibrahim, this hadith.
