Hadith #29920
Ibrahim bin Saeed Al-Jawhari told us, he said: Abdul-Wahhab bin Ata’ told us, on the authority of Thawr bin Yazid, on the authority of Makhoul, on the authority of Kurayb, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to Abbas, “If it is the morning of Monday, then come to me, you and your children, so that I may pray for them.” With a supplication that God will benefit you and your son.” So he and I went to bed with him and clothed us. Then he said, “O God, forgive Abbas and his son.” Forgiveness, apparent and hidden, does not erase a sin. O God, protect him and his children. This is a good, strange hadith. We do not know it except from this source. .
