Hadith #36815
فقال الأنصاري: يا رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم)، ألا تكلني على كذا وكذا؟ فقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: «سترون الناس بعد وفاتي».
An Ansari said, O Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him), will you not appoint me to such and such a duty? He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "After my death, you will see preference given to others, then."
