Hadith #38012
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُوْلُ اللّٰهِ ﷺ يَصُومُ الِاثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيْسَ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِىُّ وَالنَّسَائِيّ
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to fast on Mondays and Thursdays. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Al-Nasa’i
