Hadith #38914
وعنه قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏ "‏إذا مات ابن آدم انقطع عمله إلا من ثلاث‏:‏ صدقة جارية ،أو علم ينتفع به، أو ولد صالح يدعو له‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On his authority, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If the son of Adam dies, his work comes to an end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him” ((Narrated by Muslim)).
