Hadith #39748
عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللّهِ ﷺ يَقُوْلُ: «مَنْ نِيحَ عَلَيْهِ فَإِنَّه يُعَذَّبُ بِمَا نِيحَ عَلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ». (مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ)
On the authority of Al-Mughirah bin Shu’bah, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Whoever wails for him will be punished for what he wailed for on the Day of Resurrection.” (agreed)
