وَعَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللّهِ بْنِ عَدِيِّ بْنِ الْخِيَارِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِىْ رَجُلَانِ أَنَّهُمَا أَتَيَا النَّبِيَِّ ﷺ وَهُوَ فِىْ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ وَهُوَ يُقَسِّمُ الصَّدَقَةَ فَسَأَلَاهُ مِنْهَا فَرَفَعَ فِيْنَا النَّظَرَ وَخَفَضَه فَرَانَا جَلْدَيْنِ فَقَالَ: «إِنْ شِئْتُمَا أَعْطَيْتُكُمَا وَلَا حَظَّ فِيهَا لِغَنِيٍّ وَلَا لِقَوِيٍّ مُكْتَسِبٍ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيّ
On the authority of Ubayd Allah ibn Adiy ibn al-Khayyar, he said: Two men told me that they came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, while he was on the Farewell Pilgrimage, and he was swearing oaths.
