Hadith #40071
وَعَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ: ثَلَاثُ سَاعَاتٍ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللّهِ ﷺ يَنْهَانَا أَنْ نُصَلِّيَ فِيْهِنَّ أَو نَقْبُرَ فِيْهِنَّ مَوْتَانَا: حِينَ تَطْلُعُ الشَّمْسُ بَازِغَةً حَتّى تَرْتَفِعَ وَحِينَ يَقُومُ قَائِمُ الظَّهِيرَةِ حَتّى تَمِيْلَ الشَّمْسُ وَحِينَ تَضَيَّفُ الشَّمْسُ لِلْغُرُوبِ حَتّى تَغْرُبَ. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ
On the authority of Uqba bin Amir, he said: There are three hours during which the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade us from praying or burying our dead: when the sunrise The sun rises until it rises, and when the noonday rises until the sun sets, and when the sun sets until it sets.
