Hadith #40136
قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: إذا أصبح أحدكم ينام وهو يصلي، فلينام حتى يذهب نومه. لأن أحدكم إذا صلى وهو نعاس لا يدري (ما يقرأ). ربما يسيء إلى نفسه (نفسه بسبب الجهيماني) وهو يستغفر الله. (البخاري، مسلم) [1]
He said, Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: If one of you begins to sleep while performing the Salat, let him fall asleep until the sleep disappears. Because when one of you performs the Salat drowsily (due to sleep), he Cannot know (what he is reading). Maybe he is abusing himself (himself because of Jhimani) while seeking Allah's forgiveness. (Bukhari, Muslim) [1]
