Hadith #40139
وَعَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: الْوِتْرُ حَقٌّ فَمَنْ لَمْ يُوتِرْ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا الْوِتْرُ حَقٌّ فَمَنْ لَمْ يُوتِرْ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا الْوِتْرُ حَقٌّ فَمَنْ لَمْ يُوتِرْ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
On the authority of Buraydah, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, say: The witr is a right, so whoever does not perform the witr is not one of us. Indeed, whoever does not perform the Witr prayer is not one of us. Narrated by Abu Dawood
