Hadith #40537
On the authority of Abu Abdullah Bilal bin Rabah, may God be pleased with him, the muezzin of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, that he came to the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, to call him to the morning prayer, so Aisha occupied Bilal with something she asked him about, until it was very morning, so Bilal got up and called him to prayer, and he continued his call to prayer, but the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, did not come out, and when he came out he led the people in prayer, so he told him that Aisha had occupied him with something she asked him about until morning. very, and it was slower for him to leave, He said - meaning the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him -: “I had performed two rak’ahs of Fajr.” So he said: “O Messenger of God, have you prayed in the morning?” He said: “If you had prayed more than you have already done, I would have performed both rak’ahs, done them well, and beautified them.” ((Narrated by Abu Dawud with a good chain of transmission)).
